I always get a kick out of answering this one!

I have the original Triumph tank bag for the Sprint ST/RS on my 2000 model
RS. Inside it is:

Clutch cable (the original, as I fitted an ST cable to my RS)
BMW flat fix kit w/ extra CO2 cylinders
ear plugs
maps of MA, NH, VT, CT, & NY
Valentine V1 radar detector w/ remote audio adapter
5mm hex key (to remove/replace the seat cowl)
extra pair of gloves
Nikon D1 w/18-35, 70-200VR zoom, battery and flash
glass cleaner spray and paper towels
Accugage air pressure gage
cellphone
spare faceshield (clear or dark, opposite of whatever is on my helmet now)

Under the seat is (if I'm in my leathers):
nylon boot covers
Dry Rider rain suit
Owner's manual w/ vehicle registration
spare bulbs and fuses
Triumph toolkit, w/ some additions

If it happens, I'm prepared!
