Bryce,
I don't have a good answer, but here's what I've found:
Snap on sells one for $79.25 (3/4" drive chrome). This is what my local
motorcycle tire dealer uses. I'm planning a cross-country trip and he told
me to carry one because many bike shops won't have one (and will just use a
large wrench).

SK Tools has a substantially less expensive one (1/2" drive impact).

The above appear to be the same socket (same part number) - one is half the
price of the other.
Craftsman sells a 46mm socket in the 3/4" Armstrong line (online and in the
catalog). However, it is only sold as part of a set for $279.99. I tried
the Armstrong site (www.armstrongtools.com) but the server was down.
Stanley-Proto sells a 3/4" 46mm chrome socket, but doesn't list the
price. I guess that if you have to ask, you can't afford it.

I haven't priced the Triumph part yet.
When I do the math on a metric-to-SAE conversion, it comes out close, but
not exact.
I hope another list member has an economical answer.
