Re: [ST] If u backfire enough will your bike run in reverse? :p

Bryce:

I had my SP3 in this past Saturday morning to check the tune, as the bike
had an occasional stalling problem, and I was under the impression that the
selling dealer (Triumph/ Indian of Springfield,) MA, hadn't set the bike up
properly. Canton Cycles in Winsted, CT is the shop I use for service.
Their mechanic plugged in the handset, determined that the bike still had
its' original "build tune", and downloaded the newest version, for a stock
exhaust, in about 20 minutes total. The bike now runs flawlessly, rolls on
MUCH more smoothly, accelerates and revs a lot more cleanly, etc. Mind you,
it was running (I thought) quite well before the tune upgrade. Your dealer
should have a current email, with the appropriate versions for your
bike/exhaust setup listed. It's a LONG list! Get this done, you won't
regret it. My SP3 is transformed.
