Subject: [ST] If u backfire enough will your bike run in reverse?

Actually, yes! A 4 stroke won't because of the cam timing, but a two stroke will. I had a Bultaco that would backfire occasionally and start running backwards, Twas a bit of a shock when you let out the clutch and started going the wrong way! It was a little down on power because of the ignition, but it had enough power to go.
If the spark timing were set so it would fire BTDC running the engine would run the same either way, power wise. Model airplane engines with piston port or reed valve intake timing don't care which way they run and are sometimes loath to go the way you want them to.
