A lot of times, vendors will not put a year as being compatible if they have
not themselves tested/fitted the product; so, they just may not have had an
opportunity to fit one on an '03, and thus will not guarantee that it will
fit.  Just what I have experienced in the past when I have questioned
similar situations with a vendor.

Just wondering if anyone has take this cover and
fitted it on their '02 Sprint ST?  They state this
cover should cover tanks from '99-'02.  Seems like
they have their years off as the 1999 model is
different slightly from the 2002 model.  And if the
cover will fit both, then why don't they list the
range from 99-2003 to includes this years Sprint,
which is the exact same as the '02?
