RE: [ST] Gas Tank Covers/Protectors
I would assume, that since the 02 and later tank was decreased in capacity
to accomodate a larger air box, the decrease in volume was taken off the
inside bits...the bits that you can't see from the outside.
In a side-by-side comparison of a '99-'01 model with a '02-'03 model, my
guess is that yoe would be very hard pressed to tell the difference in shape
and visible size of the two. I can't.
