Eric - I just bought the standard RAM 2-3" arm mount for my Valentine 1 
radar and it works great with my Heli-Bar.  You'd probably have to use 
another base mounting system with stock bars but the RAM system is 
definitely worth checking out.  Good quality and reasonable price.
