As for the dates for the rally, September/October sounds good (early
September seems a little too soon to get everyone together...), but make
sure not to have it conflict with the RAT RAID at Deal's Gap (the Dragon),
which is around September 26th.

Early/Mid September date would be do-able.  Its somewhat short notice, 
but it might work.
