... but don't do it too often.  Remember how tightly
your top box fit over the luggage rack when you first
got it?  I did 12,000 miles will the top box
overloaded (sleeping bag, tent, tools, spare parts,
food) and now the top box is definitely loose.  I
never had a problem with it, it's just that the
sliding piece that locks over the luggage rack has
worked loose.  I try not to overload now.  I don't
want to have a yard sale on the interstate.  :)
