Sounds reasonable Rich.  But I'd say that we should do the opposite.
If most of the attendees are yanks, let's head south of the mason-dixon 
line.
Who needs an excuse to see roads you've not seen before.  I personally am
pitching out ideas based on roads I know.  I certianly would ride a few 
hundred miles
to see some new roads, new towns, and meet new people.
