[ST] Tire Pressures

A rule of thumb I heard and use is that Hot psi = Cold psi + 10%.

FWIW, the three Brands of tire I've used, (OEM BSs, Mac100s, Dunlop D207s) all fell into this range at factory recomemded specs.
