[ST] 21st Century Insurance experience?

Hey all,

I've been shopping for bike and truck insurance after State Farm sent me 
my latest motorcycle bill. 21st Century Insurance can save me about 
$320/yr and they're rated A+ by AM Best, but I'd appreciate hearing any 
anecdotal experience folks may have with them. (In other words, they may 
be inexpensive, but are they a PITA to deal with?)

Please reply directly to me--no need to bore the list with this stuff.
