Hi,

I installed the modulators on my 2001 ST and highly
recommend them.  When "lanesharing" here in CA, the
modulators light up car rear view mirrors well in
advance of your approach; even people on cellphones
are more likely to see you.

Installation is not difficult.  Just plug them in.  It
is not necessary to remove the headlights or the bulbs
and if you do, you'll probably need to re-aim them.
BTW, I use them with PIAA H4 bulbs and the combo is
great.  

As for Kisan, my first set failed after about 4 months
while still under the warranty.  Kisan took me through
troubleshooting - basically just check the connections
and see if the toggle sensitivity "blink" works - and
then sent me another set for free.  No hassles and
they were easy to deal with.
