Re: [ST] Chain Lube, posters/posers, and Triumph bike comparo

Doug,
I second this request. I was at the Watsonville Trimuph dealer before he
quit selling Triumphs, and a kid came in with a new Bonnie. He had off road
muffers on it, a cafe style solo seat and he had taken the stock handle bars
and turned them upside down and remounted them. He let me sit on it and it
was quite comfortable. Man I wish I had my T-100 back. And for those who may
be in the SF bay area. Saturday March 29, 2003 is the Clubmans All-British
weekend at the San Jose Fairgrounds from 8:00 AM till whenever. They also
have swap meet for those looking for parts for their projects, You can buy
a raffle ticket to win a 1969 TR6R Triumph for $1.00. And if you want to
see something really cool, there is the "Morning After" Ride put on by the
Rudge Enthusiasts Club leaving from the Bakers Square Restaurant in Los
Gatos at 10:00 AM. Lots of cool bikes to look at.
