RE: [ST] Throttlemeister

While it's not a Throttlemeister, some may be interested in this
alternative.

A guy I rode with the other day used an O ring as a cruise control. Said
he got it at a John Deere (or some tractor place). Since then I have tried
to remember to look at hardware stores, etc. to try one myself. Last night
I was at a Home Depot and picked up the two largest O rings they had. Rode
in this morning with the first one listed below. While it worked somewhat,
the ring is simply too thin to really hold the throttle well.

  Stock number 35748B
  Dimensions: 1 1/2 x 1 1/4 x 1/8 #34
(outside diameter x inside x rubber thickness)

Will try this on the way home today:
  Stock number 35758B
  Dimensions: 1 9/16 x 1 5/16 x 1/8 #44

I will try to find one more like what he had and report back. Meanwhile
others may want to look into it. I must confess it was really nice to be
able to ride hands free. (Oh yeah, in case it's not evident, simply roll
the O ring onto the crack between the grip and the bar end.)
