[ST] O-ring Throttle Control

I went to Lowe's and bought a small box of #18 O-rings for $1.18.  They 
will stretch over the bar end and look nice sitting in the groove close 
to the grips.  It will roll into the gap between the grip and bar end 
and hold the throttle.  It will roll back to the groove easy enough in 
the garage.  I haven't tried the road yet.  You may have to move the 
throttle to get the gap to the bar end correct for this.
