[ST] This a good deal on a user 2002 Sprint ST?

2002 Triumph Sprint ST 955i w/6300 miles

many extras including; Carbon Fiber Tank Pad, Triumph
Carbon Fiber Performance Exhaust, Race Tech Springs,
Rear Hugger, Carbon Fiber Heel Guard.  Tires are not
new, but still have 2,500 miles or more left.  Triumph
Tank Bag in the deal also. 

WARRANTY STILL IN EFFECT til dec. 03.  

Bike looks to be mint, would have bike shipped to me
for $300-350.

Just wondering if anyone out there has found a deal on
a 2002+ for the same price?  Or if this price is two
high in the first place.

Going for this or a VFR....VFRs seem to be cheaper for
98+ models, but ST is better for two-up IMO.
