RE: [ST] brake shuddering

I encountered this problem on my '01 ST at around 12k miles. My mechanic
checked for warped rotors and I didn't have any. I've been told a couple of
other things that can cause this:
1. Loose steering head.
2. Full floating rotors have become wedged and aren't floating anymore.
3. Poorly balanced wheel.

In my case, they found the steering head was loose and had too much play,
and they tightened it. It seems to have improved under all but the hardest
breaking.
