[ST] front axle bolt size?

Hey all, 

My '99 uses a 24mm socket for front axle removal, what does the 2000+
need?  

Secondly, did we figure out which years had Torx on the front caliper
mounting bolt, and which had allen?

Lastly, do all years spec the same torques for bolts related to wheel
removal?  

Gathering info to help some buds on other model year ST's.
