[ST] fuel leak

Would this mean I can't replace it
with a standard type hose clamp? I'm trying to avoid having the bike taken
to the dealer if possible, but I'm baffled...The bike is under warranty, as
it was a leftover (only has 1K miles on it) so the repair is covered, buy if
I can do it myself, I would prefer that

Why??? Why would you put yourself through this much liability if it's under
warranty?
It's obvious you aren't sure how to fix this. If you screw up and the
scooter has a melt down you have no recourse. If the dealer screws up he
buys it. If you screw it up and down the line something happens that gives
TOA the wiggle room to not honor a warranty problem.
Just my 2cts.
