I just got the heated grips, and am using waterproof/windproof gloves
(Teknic Cyclone gloves).  So far, no complaints, but it hasn't been below
freezing yet, and I haven't ridden for extended periods in the cold yet.

We'll see how they fare over the winter.  I live in Georgia, so it doesn't
get brutally cold here all that often, though it does go down below 20F.
