Rich,

Renewing the seals in the brake calipers isn't all that hard and doesn't
take any special tools.  You remove the caliper, pop each piston out one by
one, clean thoroughly and replace the seals and pistons, then spend the
rest of the day bleeding the system.

I don't know of any after market or other brand seals, though they may be
out there.

Instead of using WD-40 to clean this area, try some brake cleaner.  It
comes in an aerosol can that you can buy from your local Auto-Zone or
equivalent.
