sorry guys (& girls?) i should have introduced myself.
My name is Matt. I am the proud owner of a brand new Triumph Sprint ST. I
have now had it for 4 weeks. It seems this bike has stuck to the all
important tradition that triumphs are known for. It Leaks Oil. 2 trips to
Peter Stevens and it appears to be fixed. Other than that happy with it. The
only other downside was i picked it up 2 days before a $1000 price drop. It
was sprung on the dealers. I managed to get $500 out of them for spending at
the dealer (not peter stevens). I might tell you the story behind that
another time.
I upgraded to the ST from my first bike, a 91 Suzuki Across 250.
Anyway would love to meet / ride with anyone in Melbourne.
Speak to you all soon.
Matt

How long have you had the ST?
Let me know if you want to catch up with a group of mad Triumph owners
and go for a ride. Contact me off list for details.
