[ST] Usable Gas tank size

I have a '00 Sprint ST, after running DRY I could only squeeze in 5.40 US gals.

I did 30 miles AFTER the gas light. I was riding between 65 mph and 70 mph,
on the freeway, into a headwind, but tucked in as best I could.
When the tank ran dry, the bikes surged on/off for about a mile, then it stopped 
running.

I never let the bike run dry, normally. But this time my buddy was with me and 
had his siphon hose. So I gave it the big test.
