Re: [ST] Trumph CF Can or Aftermarket?

Well, her is my $.02 on the subject. I was in the same situation as you.
Wanted an aftermarket can to give the triple a little life. Well, spoke
with someone at Triumph who recommended going with the Triumph CF can as
that is the exact can Triumph uses to come up with the new Tune for the fuel
injection so it is optimized for that setup. Between that and buying
someone's used CF can for $150, I went that direction.

Now, if I would not have found such a good deal on the CF can, I would have
gone with the Two Brothers. The TB is cheaper than the Triumph CF and can
be adjusted to work with the panniers. And it would have been a touch
louder, too. Now, the Triumph CF can sounds much better than the stock one
with out being too loud, but a little louder would have been nice.

So, my recommendation is that if you get a good deal on a Triumph CF can, go
that route. Otherwise, go the TB route.

Just my humble opinion.
