Maybe this goes without saying, but change the fluid and get some springs
that are matched to your weight.  I literally could not believe the
difference going into the first corner.  Now the front end rivals my last
sportbike, instead of reminding me of a fat touring rig.  The feel,
especially when braking hard, is much better.  My most feared thing to do
used to be holding some front brake while steering the front end into a
downhill corner.  Now it's my most favorite...  (to moderation:)  ).
