Matt, you're looking for the Triumph Service Manual covering both the 
RS and the ST.  Its available from any Triumph dealer, but be prepared 
for some sticker shock.  They'll run you about $79.  Personally, I've 
always been disappointed by the Haynes automotive manuals, but I've 
heard some folks say the ST one is OK.
