Jeez James, you sound like you enjoy hauling serious ass... In PA, 31 over (or more) means you go to drivers school, get 5 "points" and may get a suspended license. Accumulation of 11 points results in a 60 day suspension. I have no idea on what impact that has on insurance, but I suspect it is very significant.
