[ST] Heli Bars w/ Heated Grips on ST?

I noticed on the Heli Bars page for the ST bars that it says they're 
incompatible with the heated grips - does anyone know the details on why 
this would be true and/or has anyone gotten them to work?  I installed the 
GenMars a few months ago but they're still not tall/back enough for me, 
and am hoping for something even taller.  Other suggestions also welcomed!
