Oh heck no John, I'm no mechanic yet by far...I'm just like you, trying to
figure out how to do what I can myself to keep things working
economically.  I'm glad to share what I can, I know the liSTers will be
there for me when I need something.

That reminds me, someone asked about the ST clock light, yes it's lit.  
Mine burned out, couldn't find info on replacement bulb.  Closest I found
was a Sylvania #74 but IIRC it was a little loose in there but worked.  I
found a slightly smaller bulb, I think it was a #73 again IIRC but haven't
tried it yet to see.
