Aw shoot, you'd do it for us!  

Besides the tip on sanding the retaining pins to clean/smooth them, then
lightly lubbing them with copperslip (brake) grease, another is to thinly
coat the back of the brake pad with the copperslip, or at least the circle
on the back where the piston contacts the pad.  I'm told by a mechanic
this reduces/eliminates squeal caused by vibration/resonance.  Just be
VERY careful NOT to get any of this stuff on your rotors or brake pad
surfaces, once contaminiated the pad will be junk!
