My RS has been running as high a 222F in traffic commuting home in the 
heat this summer.  It usually runs up to 219 just after the fan comes on 
and drops to 208, when the fan stops.  Repeat as necessary.  I'd say 
yours is normal.  You can add Water Wetter.  Remember, the boiling point 
is about 250F with 0 pressure if you have the proper coolant mixture.
