Greets Lance, I have to wonder if you are putting weight onto your hands,
ie. supporting your weight with your arms rather than your mid-section
(stomach, lower back muscles). A friend once showed me a "chicken
wing" maneuver, whereby you flap your elbows up and out and back to remind
yourself to keep your arms loose and free. Maybe that'll help a little?
