Mike,
You're correct.  My concern was that some would attempt to alter
the operating temperatures of their engines.

I've no problem with Water Wetter.  Simply put, it improves heat
transfer from the engine to the coolant (reducing hot spots) and
from the coolant to the radiator.  Water wetter won't alter the
operating temps of the engine, though since the fan runs less,
the temperature seem lower.

While I'm not currently running it in my bike, I plan to add it
when I flush the cooling system this fall.

The other point I was trying to make was that the fan cut-in
temps in the 215 - 220degF range are well within design range for
engines.
