Either bad balancing or it may be an out of round tire.. I've had that
happen twice with different brands once was a rear Metzeler which made the
bike feel like it had a knobby on the back, other was a Pirelli on the
front made the bike feel very loose, kind of unstable.. replaced the tire
problem gone. If the dealer re balances it and the problem remains get a
new tire and I'll bet problem will be gone.
