My experience has been that the 46mm or 1-13/16 socket is the least of the
troubles - Generally Sears/NAPA will have the socket.  Finding the right
size tire within a hundred or more miles is the PITA, let alone the
preferred brand.  Everytime (twice!) my tire has been un-repairable due to
the location of the hole.
