Replace it ASAP? Somewhere in the middle?
I say run it until the tread is shot. You said "... slight vibration in the bars", so
if it is slight don't worry. Some times tire air pressure can cause / prevent
cupping, so you could play with that. I run 36psi and the cupping, while
present toward the end of the tire, is never a problem.
