Re: [ST] Trip Summary - Deadwood

Let me get this straight. Some idiot followed you and says that YOU were
speeding? HAHAHAHAHAHA. That's like the story of the woman that watched
the male nude sunbather for an hour before she called the cops to
complain about HIS lewd behavior.

Well, if he were a citizen and had charges brought against you then my
defense would be that the guy was tailgating me and I was afraid that if
I pulled over he might do something to physically harm me. Then I would
bring charges against him.

I'll bet that the guy was a retired cop or ranger and he was a nasty one
when he was working. This happened last summer during a canoe in the
Adirondacks: After we made a portage a friend met us to bring us some
supplies and pick up our garbage. (The water was next to a road at this
point.) While sitting there a big-a$$ pick-up truck comes flying into
the area and skids to a stop. Out steps a large fat man with sparse
silver hair on his head. He starts yelling (yes, this guy was yelling)
that we can't park there. My friend explains that he's just dropping off
supplies and will be gone. Boss Hogg yells that we better be gone when
he comes back. As he backs up I notice that he has no front license,
just a plate that says "Retired Florida Sheriffs Association." Sure
enough, as he drives off we see his Florida plate on the rear.

Hmmm. Now that I think of it, was it "Retired" or "Retarded?"
