I'm in San Antonio and had the same problem.  I never did find a shop that had them in stock but did find one that was willing to order it for me.  
I also believe you can order them online.  Have you looked online yet?

btw don't forget to order the rear wheel mounting kit, as our forks are longer than bicycle forks.
