Must be the reason. My Legend had 2-1 on one side and a single on the other.
After I punched out the baffles it had a very nice, raspy sound to it. The
only problem was the ticking or popping sound from the single, which sounded
very much like an air leak in the header. I've been told the Thunderbird,
which has a similar exhaust to the Legend but with a crossover tube, sounds
very good, but I've never had the pleasure.
