John, if it is more of a "tick-tick-tick" than a rattle, check for exhaust 
leaks, particularly at the header/can junction.  This is a common problem, 
especially if the clamp holding the two together is not properly oriented.  
But don't take any chances, get it checked by your dealer post haste.  They 
could have possibly bunged up the valve adjustment.  Hope they can hear it 
too and own up if they screwed things up.
