In a privious post
"I am at a loss as to why I have just picked up what sounds like valve lash rattle.
Yesterday after about 80 mile ride home I noticed a rattle I did not pay it much attention.
Today I go for a short ride no rattle until about 15 miles I figure it is well warmed up by now.."
I did check valve clearence and what I found was not good.

15 to 20 is in spec for ex
and 10 to 15 for intake.
anyone have any idea as to why?? I had the valves adjusted at the 12k service
at that time I was told only one shim was replaced..
Also why would I get noise like the lash was excessive? The cam chain is tight and rails appear to be fine.. At this point I am calling the shop to see what he will do since it has been only about 2k since they checked it..
