RE: [ST] HTML messages?

I had that problem last month. My default setting in outlook was Plain text. However, in researching I did find that Outlook matches the original email when replying.

Therefore if someone else sends an email in HTML and you reply to it, even though your default is set to plain text, Outlook will make your reply the same HTML as the original.

Since finding that out, I now always check the blue bar in my reply to see what the setting is before I send.

Subject: [ST] HTML messages?

Mr. Serlick has informed me that my messages are coming through as HTML,
even though I am adamant about keeping my MS_Outlook settings at "plain
text". Being on the list as "individual e-mails" rather than the "daily
digest" form, every copy of the ones I sent comes back to me as I sent it,
plain text.

What's this one look like? Do I have a problem I don't know about? If so,
can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Thanks!
