The LED is for the Triumph alarm system.  VERY nice of them to fit this as 
standard.  If you don't want to fit the alarm, go and buy the album 
"Pulse" by Pink Floyd, get the electronics out of the CD box and fit them 
inside the headlight assembly for that instant £600 look :-)
