RE: [ST] Valve Adj Question



Watch out for that...it's not a job for most H-D wrenches. There's a tiny,
easy-to-lose wire clip that holds one of the electrical connectors onto the
airbox. Be careful with that one. I thought you were on an RS or an ST, not
a Daytona. This is and RS & ST list afterall, so one more word of caution:

The Daytona's tubluar frame is much more compact than or RS/ST frame. As
such, it can be an exercise in frustration to get the cover back on with the
gasket still seated where it belongs. Also, it's a little more challenging
to get the outboard-most valve shims out because of the frame being that
much tighter fit. You've been warned.
