No, it hasn't been rebuilt.  I did have a low-side back in February, though.
Most of the plastic was replaced, but nothing mechanical was wrong.  I don't
remember the vibration before then.

I normally just use the bike for daily commuting to/from work, so not enough
time on it to let anything annoy me.  Recently, the roads have been clean
enough to get long rides on the weekend, and that's when it adds up.
