Tony, before you do all that, do a leak-down compression check and see
if you have a problem first.

ok 40Kmi, I just had the valves adjusted, they were
pretty tight. I was told that the shims that were used
indicate significant wear.  Where do the miles go with
the daily driver. I have been so busy with intense
school and homework that I literally have overlooked
the service. Enough excuses. I have caused a problem
with my otherwise meticulously cared for machine.

How much time does it take to remove the head,
