RE: [ST] Reverse the Shift Pattern

That will get you the desired effect; however, the kickstand will not come
all the way up, so it will be sticking out and dragging when you turn.  I
tried this as I love the reverse shift pattern, but ran into this problem.
I also couldn't find a reverse shifter for the Sprint anywhere.

OK.  Here's an ignorant question.  To reverse the shift pattern from
Standard1 DN - N,2,3,4,5,6 UP 
to 1UP - N,2,3,4,5,6 DN on my Sprint RS, is all I have to do is Flip the
linkage on the shifter 180 degrees?

I need to do this now and I'm hoping there's nothing special I need.
