WV 250 from  Moundsville (off I70) to Fairmont is big fun. Then take 50 east
to/past 219 (the good part) then cut north into PA. There's also some great
roads in Ohio if you want a more southerly approach. You could do a lot
worse than running OH 800 south from I70 into Wayne Natl Forest all the way
to the Ohio river, then head north on 7 a few miles, cut into WV (New
Martinsville), then run WV 7 east to either 250 (at Hundred) or 218
(Blacksville) or Morgantown and beyond.
