Either the tire is defective in some way shape or
form, it's mounted backwards, or you were riding in
the rain with a tire that hadn't yet been fully broken
in....
I've never heard about the BT020 having trouble in the
rain, in fact the opposite, along with the new Avons.
Unfortunately I spent 9 days in the rain for vacation,
sometimes monsoons in West Virginia where cars pulled
off the road where I just kept riding on the Highway
in speeds of 70MPH with no trouble.
